As a Property Consultant (Secondary Market), you will acquire properties for sale or rent, keeping clients informed throughout the sales process. You'll network with professionals to expand opportunities and specialize in specific areas or communities. Your role includes presenting to potential clients, conducting viewings, preparing transaction documentation, and staying updated on market trends and best practices. Acquire properties for sale/ rent. Keep the client abreast about the sales process. Network with professionals to expand work opportunities and relationships to specialise in an area/ community. Present to potential clients and conduct viewings. Prepare necessary documentation for transactions. Stay updated on market trends and best practices.
